BEONE Warranty Policy

BEONE provides product warranty support for portable power stations, home backup power products, solar panels, chargers, cables, and other eligible accessories purchased through BEONE or authorized sales channels.

Warranty Period

The commercial warranty period normally begins on the purchase date shown in the original order record, unless applicable local law requires a different starting date.

What the Warranty Covers

This commercial warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use and operation according to the product instructions.

After reviewing a warranty request, BEONE may provide one or more of the following support options:

• Technical troubleshooting and product usage guidance
• Repair instructions or repair videos
• Replacement parts or accessories
• Local repair service where an overseas warehouse or service partner is available
• Other repair or support solutions agreed by BEONE according to the product condition

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please contact BEONE before sending any product back. To help us process your request, please provide:

• Order number, invoice, or other valid proof of purchase
• Product model and serial number, if available
• A description of the problem
• Photos or videos showing the product issue
• Your delivery country and current location of the product

Our support team may first provide troubleshooting steps, repair videos, or replacement parts. If the issue requires physical service, BEONE may arrange local repair support where available or provide further return instructions.

Warranty Exclusions

This commercial warranty does not normally cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper storage
• Unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly, or alteration
• Use outside the product specifications or official instructions
• Damage caused by water, liquid, fire, extreme heat, extreme cold, or unstable voltage
• Damage caused by natural disasters, transportation after delivery, or other external events
• Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage that does not affect function
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
• Claims submitted without valid proof of purchase
• Products outside the applicable warranty period

Battery Safety

Portable power stations contain lithium batteries. Do not open, modify, puncture, burn, or ship a damaged, swollen, leaking, or abnormal battery product without contacting BEONE first.

Shipping and Service Costs

For confirmed manufacturing defects, BEONE will confirm the available repair, replacement-part, local-service, or shipping solution on a case-by-case basis. Costs related to misuse, unauthorized repair, or non-warranty service may be paid by the customer.

EU Consumer Rights

This commercial warranty is additional to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country. For EU consumer purchases, this policy does not exclude, limit, or replace statutory legal guarantee rights.

Dealer and Wholesale Orders

Dealer, distributor, dropshipping, and wholesale orders may follow the warranty terms stated in the quotation, pro forma invoice, distribution agreement, or other written order documents.
