Orders may be fulfilled from the Germany Warehouse for eligible European retail orders, the Poland Warehouse for wholesale orders, the Los Angeles Warehouse for US orders, or the Manila Warehouse for Philippines orders, subject to stock availability.

Shipping time and cost depend on product model, warehouse, destination, order quantity, carrier, customs clearance, and battery transportation requirements.
